I am a certified Health & Wellness Coach and Culinary Nutrition Expert. My focus will be to help motivate you to incorporate better health and wellbeing into your lives.

I was 38 when I began my wellbeing journey. I was able to lose 40lbs, keep the weight off, and get into the best shape of my life. I hadn’t given it a lot of thought before, but I guess it did require courage for me to “take the leap” but really what motivated me, other than that and pure stubbornness was “my why”. At the time I was overweight, had a poor diet, had high cholesterol, and had a family history of heart disease so, “my why” was to improve my health to avoid having a heart attack or stroke. Losing weight was a nice side effect, but not the main source of motivation.
My Philosophy
For me, wellbeing is feeling comfortable with your body, mind, and spirit. I also believe that wellbeing is not about perfection, it is about the pursuit of being your best self. I also think that trying to be your best self is a vulnerable act of self-love.
